Internal and External Quality Control

In L.E.M laboratory, we work in several ways to insure the Pathological work will be in high quality standarts using internal and external quality control.

The laboratory carries out internal audits on a regular basis with regard to the quality and nature of the answers.

The laboratory employs a full-time quality manager, to oversee and monitor the ongoing operation, so it will be conducted in accordance with procedures accurately.

External quality control is astablished by applying high standart working instructions:

L.E.M Laboratory is accredited by Israel's Ministry of Health.
L.E.M Laboratory is accredited by the International certification for Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015).
L.E.M Laboratory is accredited by the International certification for Information Security Management System (ISO 27799).
L.E.M Laboratory is audited by the College of American Pathologists (CAP).
Certificate of approval from the Israeli Ministry of Health to import tissue samples for Pathology and Cytology diagnosis, second opinion and research.
